The starting point is an analysis of the current state, measuring all consumption parameters in the hygiene process, followed by simulating a scenario after implementing technological changes and/or improvements in product specifications, processes and/or practices. A proposal outlining potential savings in product specifications, processes and/or practices and time will be generated and presented to the customer. The results will be presented in relevant parameters units, exemplifying the progress made towards Relentless Reduction® in two key areas.

By defining and sharing the BAT and BKP to achieve the savings for the relevant parameters with other veterinary clinics of similar size or specialization, the opportunity to adopt and align with the principles of "Relentless Reduction®" becomes evident.
